I am so sorry to hear such sad news. Mike was truly an inspiration with his positive attitude and thoughts. My thoughts and prayers are with Mike's family.
There are no words that say enough. All of us here have been blessed to know Mike , I cannot begin to imagine how Mike·s family must be feeling now- My kindest thoughts and prayers are with you and Mike.
